How our Program works
-We are not landlords. We expect you to own the home you are buying from us.
-You get the home from us on a Lease Option/Rent to Own basis.
-Your deposit will go 100% towards your purchase of the home, just like a down payment with a bank loan.
-Part of your monthly payment goes directly towards the purchase price of the home, just like monthly payments on a bank loan.
-We give you a full 5 years with a guaranteed purchase price that will not change.
-We give you 5 years with a known monthly payment amount.
-During the 5 years, you have plenty of time (even if you've had a bankruptcy) to fix your credit and qualify for a bank loan (or win the lottery!).
-Your monthly payment includes taxes and insurance on the house as well as your monthly credit towards paying off the home, no surprises.
-During the 5 year period, we help you improve your credit so that qualifying for a bank loan will be easier, with your on-time payments.

- After your application is approved,
we will schedule a time with you to show you the interior
of the property. We want you to be sure that this
is the right house for you!
- Then we do the paperwork and you
can move in right away!
